Suggestions from one who has learned the art –
* During the day, go to the bathroom frequently, long before the urge. This will shrink the bladder and weaken the sphincter, keys to sleep wetting.
* Wear night diapers to minimize the discomfort and cleanup of bed-wetting.
* Before bedtime consume extra fluid, enough that you will have to go an hour or two after falling asleep, time of deepest sleep. (Couple beers may be helpful.)
* Go to the bathroom immediately before bed, easier to fall asleep with an empty bladder.
* If you awake with the urge, nonchalantly go in your diaper and continue sleeping.
May take months, but following the above each and every night will lead to sleep wetting, guaranteed.
