As it turns out, its your good fortune that I spoke with a friend of mine -- who is a Domme Mommy and is also a physician. I explained your situation, and she was happy to provide some advice for you when seeing your doctor.
First, your doctor is going to need to see some signs that your health is failing. Are you taking medications? Have you been under stress lately? Are other motor functions deteriorating?
According to my doctor friend, recent studies suggest that loss of bladder control may be associated with loss of sensation in other areas, and that dexterity -- particularly in your fingers -- is closely related to incontinence. So your doctor might give you some tests for that.
She said that there are many such dexterity tests that you might practice beforehand to help with your exam. In particular, she suggested you try a standard finger dexterity exam commonly used among doctors in both the US and in Europe. She stressed that practicing these dexterity tests beforehand is important. Try this test she gave me as you read this, as this will simulate what the doctor's exam might consist of:
Test -- Take your right hand and raise it up just above your eyebrow so that you are pointing your index finger up to the sky. Keep your palm facing away from you, and your other fingers curled downward.
Now while holding this position, extend your right thumb outwards.
Now say,
"Soy un perdedor. I'm a loser baby. So why don't you kill me?"
