This isn't going to be easy.
Assuming you have a square diaper. Fold one third of the diaper over for the length of the diaper. Then fold that section back in half. From the end edge it should look like an ess. Repeat this for the other side of the unfolded diaper.
When you've finished it should be one third the width of the original diaper.
Lay on the diaper with one end at the small of your back and pull the other end up between your legs. Pull the two sides out in back and adjust them with the front. Pin the two sides. It will take some practice to get it to fit right.
Make sure you pin all the way through the diaper, but not through your skin.
