I really want to be a baby again...

But the only way I could imagine doing so would be to extremely injure my brain, so that I would from then on function on the level of an infant, mentally. Is this feasible? I already want to die because I can't be a baby again physically, so would it matter if I just tried to starve my brain of oxygen until I was a mental infant again?
