And yes, it makes a world of diference. Half the enjoyment of wearing a fresh disposable diaper is that smoth crakly plastic surface.
I beliive however that this doesn't work on the depends underpants, which is to bad. I kind like the style of pull ups, but without that plastic surface it might as well be underwear. Especialy when it tickles you're thighs, it feels like a slice of heavan. Oh well, depends work good for me. I think their the most fun when they're nice warm and soggy. Cute looking to I think,
