Its the same throughout Britain, its mostly disposable nappies for kids and adults alike although there is one varea, I think its Devon and Somerset where they are using only washable nappies and pants to conserve resources and lessen landfil!.Years ago when I went into hospital I wore terry nappies and rubber pants but these days I have disposables supplied by my nurses via my doctor, they are delivered to my home. Attitudes towards incontinence are changing and doctors and nurses are far more understanding now.
