I think the thickest are the Molicare super plus, but the Abena abriform x-plus are white instead of purple, and are only slightly thinner.
The molis are slightly less expensive, but each brand is over $1US per diaper, even if you buy a case. Well, now that I think about it, maybe the Molis are less than $1 if you buy a case ... too lazy to find out.
Anyway, they are the best.
As for the first part of your question, what should you do? Why don't you wear diapers full time, but the entire time, don't permit yourself to ejaculate. By the end of the week, your balls will be soooooooo blue that you will jump your wife's bones before she even sets foot in the front door. And then you'll do it again and again. Think of how glad she'll be to be home!
One thing I would not recommend would be get arrested. This would be true regardless of your choice of underwear, but the diapers only compound the problem. Of course, if you could talk the two police officers into changing your diaper in the back of the squad car, that might be a different story, as long as the billyclubs stayed in their belt clips. (Just my opinion)
