Sorry, but, that is THE most absurd and uneducated remark about a religion that I have seen on the net for a LONG time. It is in fact so absurd I SHOULD just ignore it, but as we all know, sometimes I just can't help myself. Thus:
There were at last count over 10,000 "religions" in the world. That does not count kookie cults either. A great many of these religions (RELIGIONS, not "denominations" of the Christian Religion) worship a deity known only as "God".
But let us narrow the field a bit. There are three "main" religions, if you will. Christian, Jewish, and Islam. The Christian worships God, as you have so eloquently already stated. The Jew worships - oops, there it is, "God" again! The Muslim worships Allah ... which is an Arabic word that when translated to English means..... well, lo and behold! It's "God" again! What're the chances that THAT was gonna be the case?
Here's a clue, since you so obviously need to get one. Don't try to make pseudo-humurous mockings about religions unless you actually KNOW what you are talking about, and then people like me won't have to make people like you look like a bunch of dimwits.
