It's not silly, Kalorie-- it's the unfortunate truth. Chris, I'm going to guess that you are a late teenager to early 20s. When nothing works, it's time to get away. And don't suppress your diapering/AB'ing -- it's an integral part of you, and sex, even with yourself, is a very good antidepressant. Don't forget the shrinks have decided that there is no problem with AB/DL until it interferes with the rest of your life.
The screwing up is your subconscious telling you something is wrong. Listen to it, promise yourself to change it, and you will feel better.
P.S. It's really difficult to write a good answer without knowing what it is you screwed up!
