Being AB or DL has *nothing* to do with buying things -- although I'm quite sure that AB's and DL's do buy stuff to support their fetish, and some do get turned on when they buy things that are (for them) sexually loaded. Almost everyone here remembers how nervous they were when they bought their first adult diaper; those who don't must not have done it in person.
The "what to do" part of it just comes to us naturally, kind of like masturbation did when we were teenagers. Not that there aren't several posts this month giving advice on how to do those things safely and well.
Since these things do not appear obvious to you, I don't think you share that innate(or nearly so) drive to be AB or DL that the rest of us do. So you might want to visit an AB nursery. If you get anywhere close to Nevada, where sex for hire is legal, you might want to look in the phonebook for someone who takes folks in. Likely cost is $200 or so, you want to be upfront about what you want to happen.
There is almost certainly a BDSM group in your area; you can either google for it, or you can step into a gay bar (generally with no windows) and look at the bulletin boards. One such starting point I know of is Club 216, in Charlottesville, VA, USA. If you have a local "alternative" paper, look in there under the "wild side" personals to see what organizations advertise there.
