Hi, yes I have been taken out in a maclaren stroller made for large children and small adults.
I was living in Australia and hired one from a disabled authority for a few days.
My baby sitter who was a cute lady in Adelaide took me out to the local park to the swings. As we got there a young man came along and on seeing us came up to my sitter and asked her about me. She replied that I liked to be a baby and she was my baby sitter, he said oh ok and left. I played on the swings and had fun for a while then we went home. I was wearing baby clothes and nappy's. Oh what a dream it was. She also used to take me to the movies too. She would sit me down in the restaurant area and feed me chips and coke with a bib on and dressed in a pink pair of cordory overalls with teddy bears on. During and after the movie she would take me to the baby change room and change my nappy. And boy again what a buz.
