I bought white towelling nappies from Fetishes Connect (the link is below). They are based in Brisbane but do mail order.
The nappies are quite good and very reasonably priced at A$30 each.
Suitable plastic pants are probably best bought from Paraquad or similar. When I last bought plastic pants, it was something like A$8 per pair for large, adult size in white. Cheap enough not to worry if you tear a pair.
