Everything I have seen says that if you want a good next romantic relationship, you take your sweet time about getting into it, so you can take care of yourself and think about what went wrong with the last one. You also need time to mourn and heal. Hope you can ignore the idiots and keep talking with us.
And yes, Dill Pickle/D(i)L(bert) is a guy -- but he's taken anyway.
