Have you considered that he may think that you are doing this for him. If I have followed this correctly, he has a medical need for diapers and you have shared with him, after he told you about his need, that you like to wear diapers and want to do this with him.
I wonder if he thinks you are doing this just to make him feel better about himself, and in some kind of gesture to you he is rejecting you so you won't have to do it?
I have been trying to figure out why this guy would reject you and the only thing I can come up with is that he does believe you. That you are doing this for him and he cares too much to let you.
OR he may just be a dope who doesn't see that he has a good thing.
OR there is more to this and I'm just talking out of my ass...
