3. I'm a quad-amputee, below-knee and below-elbow amputations.
4. I use prosthetic hooks, and a power chair for mobility.
5. I had fecal incontinence for 5 yrs after being burned, but now i've regained control, don't wear diapers, and i can't diaper myself.
