i'm retired now, but when I was working 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, I would put on a diaper as soon as I got home and stay diapered until I woke up and got ready the next morning. On thw weemends, I usually stayed in diapers all weekend unless I was going out and doing something with someone else. If I went out alone, then I wore a diaper. I am to the point now, where I often have no recollection of wetting during the night, but if I sleep without a diaper, I don't wet the bed. I also pee in my diaper during the day with little or no conscious effort. I know i need to pee, and could hold it if I wanted, but instead, I just seem to relax naturally and the pee flows out.Without a diaper, I neither wet my bed nor wet myself during the day. The only effect I have when not wearing diaperts is that I don't seem to be able to hold it quite as long as before.
