It's your body, what you choose to wear on it is your choice. Why should anyone else mind? Most people wouldn't even notice. And I'd guess that the only people who will be staring at your nether regions will be people like us. If they wanna look down there, it's their funeral if they don't like what they see! Serves them right for being nosey lol.
I don't consider wearing a diaper in public any more distasteful than wearing an FCUK t-shirt. Or a "Vote Republican" badge lol...now THAT is offensive!
Any kind of behaviour that impinges on other people's privacy requires caution and discretion (however you spell it). But, as we have already discussed, expressing one's sexuality or individuality in any way, shape or form ALWAYS runs the risk of causing offence, but that's life! So do the following activities: smiling at a girl; wearing overpowering aftershave or perfume; visible tattoos; too much flesh on display; body piercings; dyed hair; listening to a personal stereo or talking on a cellphone. Or just being fat or ugly and unattractive to look at!
I don't see wearing a diaper in public as any more offensive than any of the above.
The only way not to be offensive to anyone is to stay indoors and not interact with anyone.
