I do have a medical need for diapers, but I also like wearing them. Of course I'd prefer to be able to pick and choose when to wear them, but likfe doesn't let us make all the decisions.
It's not sexual for me, no. What I like about them is the sense of security I feel when I am diapered. I am mostly DL and not so much AB, but it's so nice to fall asleep with a thick diaper on feeling as if you are totally safe.
