This has been attemted several times, but always the result just screamed 'baby', eg it wasn't something you could wear on your normal clothes without it looking very out of place, besides, I don't think an DL with little or no AB tendencies could identify with the proposed symbols.
A good AB/DL symbol would have to not look too much out of place on adult clothing, and it would have to be obscure enough to be easily explained away as tech/british/ humour if someone who shouldn't know asks. Pastel pink and light blue with a red heart in the center (the hasmako babypride symbol) just doesn't do that, and neither did any others that were proposed.
