Conversion is best. And for those of you where it doesn't go well. You need to become better judgest of character (true not all girls might be open to it), and most importantly you have to learn how to break it do them.
I myself dislike adult babies - I believe that there may be some mental "issues" there. I'm by no means calling you pedophiles though. So:
1. you're one of the AB's...I'd think twice before telling them you like to act like a baby!!! VERY RISKY!
2. That being said, you need to pick up on your girls character. Does she like to talk about herself going to the bathroom to go pee and stuff? (You can usually hear her mentioning how she's gotta go to the bathroom etc.) MOST girls are like this.
3. It is nice to start conversations about kinky stuff with girls you're already good friends with or g/f:b/f. HOPEFULLY you're kinky about something more than diapers and baby play!
4. Eventually the conversation(s) may progress and you can mention after some coaxing what you find most sexy...a "girl in diapers" or something else.
5. Later on you can include yourself because you wanted to try or were always interested.
It's worked for me in the past. Or some variation of the above. It's not that difficult.
