When I was little we lived in England and I was looked after by a kind nanny. I was kept in nappies at night because of bedwetting, but often I would save up my poopoo and do it in my nappy in bed, even at age seven or eight. Nanny never said I shouldn't, so I just assumed it was okay. Well, I had a potty, and often she would suggest I might use it next time, but she was so gentle and undemanding, I somehow just thought the potty or my nappy were options.. It's funny how, when we are little, we don't question things, we just accept things as they are. I knew that other kids at school used to toilet, but somehow I just thought the rules were different at our house, just like you drive on the other side of the road when you go to France.. I loved the feeling of going in my nappy, and I felt loved and special when Nanny changed me in the morning. When I was nine we moved to Australia, and that was that...
