I have wanted to stay young-looking ever since I was 12. This was 1989. All my friends started wanting to look older; the girls fell in love with pop stars and the guys started shaving even if there wasn't anything to shave, lol. The school years always started around late August, and my birthday isn't until April. All the friends I had were already 13 before me ... so I became known as "the baby" of the group. I was teased because of my slow development, but I liked the attention and never was offended. I liked wetting my pants quite offen. No one knew, but i was caught a couple of times in wet pants, lol.
A few years before that, when I was 10, my big sister moved back in with me and my mom. She had a 1.5 year old in diapers, my nephew. I baby sat for him a lot, and the thought of wearing diapers seemed like the best thing ever. My sister had a very large supply, because a friend of hers had finally got her 3.5 year old potty trained and gave all the diapers to my sister. They were a little big on my nephew, but free diapers are free diapers. I took a whole package once, but I only used a couple ... and only for like 1-2 days. They fit ok, but back then I was easily distracted and forgot about them after that weekend. I think I was afraid of getting caught too.
The very first ones I bought intentionally for me to use for fun was when I moved into my first apartment ((by myself)) here in TN the summer of 1999. I lived in various other places before then. They were the Goodnights XL. I wanted to get baby diapers but was sure they wouldn't fit. ((I was wrong and regret not getting them sooner, because I was a lot smaller then.)) The Goodnights were too big, but I liked being able to pee my pants without anyone knowing.
Not too long after that I gota computer and stumbled onto Patches Place. That was my first encounter with the term "watersports." When I explored further and read a few stories off of Deeker's Diaper Page, I was hooked. I started buying Assurance and Depends from Walmart for my first real adult diapering sessions. I was not real concerned about anyone seeing me buy them since I didn't know anyone here. Even so, some days I would wait till someone else picked up a package and then I would try and get into the same checkout line as them. Most of the time it was an older lady ... but once it was a young girl. I was hoping she was buying them for herself, but she pulled out a check that was already written out. Usually that means she is shopping for someone else.
It wasn't till I found WetSet sometime in 2001 that I became a full time wearer ((I had been living in my house almost a year)). It is Tranquility ATN and Abena x plus for me now!!
