Depends if they're on sale or not. Once, I bought a package of Walgreens overnight briefs for $7.00. Either way, if you have about $15.00, you should be covered. But I really wouldn't recommend them because the tapes really suck and they will not grip to the diaper. I suggest washing your hands with soap and water to get rid of excess oil and dirt from your hands before putting on the diaper. This will help the tapes adhere to the diaper much better.
