Ur story reminds me from when I was 16. I was in biology and the students and I were going to do this one experimient and the teacher was telling us we have to wear the safety goggles and the aprons. He told us last time he didn't have his students wear them last time and he got in trouble by the other science teacher. He told us it was after school and he was in his classroom and the science teacher came in and caught him with his pants down and I was totally shocked. I wondered why he had his pants pulled down in the middle of the classroom instead of doing it in the bathroom so I asked him why did he have his pants pulled down and some of the other students began to giggle and he told me it was an expression. I've never heard that expression since. I don't really know what it means either. My guess is it means you got caught doing something.
