You want to hurt yourself to become incontinent. You don't need to...just decide you are going to act the part, wet diapers and all. After a month of doing it all the time, you will be untrained, and have some difficulty keeping dry. Big advantage with this approach: it's reversible, and if you get tired of it (entirely possible, happens to most of us from time to time)or get diaper rash, you can leave your diapers off from time to time.
