I personally knew an "A" student who accidentally suicided on drugs (nitrous oxide, mind you, not heroin or coke), and does else anyone remember Len Bias fatal experience with Cocaine when he got signed onto the NBA? Can that smoke from the pot be good for you?
Diapers are safer...maybe you should get a girlfriend, even if she's not a diaper type, it might smooth things out a bit, knowing that you weren't completely autosexual.
One other avenue is to ask your (probably inevitable given the *squick!* coming from your parents) next shrink for help. Remember that since you are an adult, or nearly so, any shrink has to have your permission to discuss much of anything about you with your parents. If your shrink is at all good, he or she will recognize that 90% of the problem is your parents.
But I'm with Jereab...sounds like you just may have to move out.
