There are footed sleepers sold at Target for under $20. It is in the juniors sleepwear, 14/16 being the largest.
They are pretty roomy, and the biggest boy one would prolly fit someone under 5'6" ((66in)). I am 62in, and the 14/16 is long in the legs and feet.
