Reduction of thickness in Abri-Form?

I recently received one of the new bags of Abri-Form
X-Plus large size diapers. These come 16 per package, rather than the 14 (I believe)previously. I'm wearing one of the smaller package size ones right now, and it definitely feels fuller between my legs than the one I wore before it (out of the new package).
Has anyone else encountered this reduction in thickness?
