Wow, that's a lot of work for something that should have an equivalent on the shelf at boots. It's your basic saline enema, and Richie describes the effects well, except that the results burn a bit because of the salinity. Just be sure to drink a cup or two of water to replace what you'll be losing. If you want more time, try diluting about 4:1 or so and holding it.
And be aware, you don't want to do enemas too often, as your body will become dependent on them for normal elimination, and that can be quite uncomfortable.
