Dumb question: Besides jockeying, or possibly hurling discus and hammers, or maybe performing in human pyramids, in what other professions is being short an advantage?
Of course, 7-8PM is a fine bedtime. In fact, since you say your baby isn't working, bedtime can be anytime you decide, even on the whim of the moment, especially if he is cranky.
Being carried makes me slightly envious, as it is a very snuggling kind of thing. *I* like the idea, but can't indulge it in my own relationships.
As for dating, you are drifting along into polyamory, which may or may not cause your dates some pause. If there is enough of your energy to go around, I don't think it will be a problem, but you take a risk that your baby takes it childishly and finds another mommy. Since you have permission, just be above board about it -- but remember that in most legal systems, dating is cause for divorce. I would hope that you have discussed your needs for adult companionship with your baby. Hmm, maybe you need to find someone else with a baby of the same kind as yours?
