Fleet enemas come in one dose packages in a little bottle roughly 4-6 oz. They have a tip about 2.5" long on the top of the bottle that is prelubricated. There should be diagrams on the package that gives you examples on how to lay to administer one. Insert the tip into your anus, squeeze the entire contents into the rectum, and discard the bottle. It should take effect any wheres between 5-15 min. You'll feel your guts start to rumble, I try to hold it as long as i can, and then all of a sudden it lets loose, you dont have to push much at all.
