Try wearing them with nothing underneath them for 100 hours straight.You can't take them off or let them down except to go #2. Here you must pull them down quickly and go then wipe quickly and pull them back up.To go #1 you must sit on the toilet with them pulled up and pee so that it runs down to the crotch and pools.Then you pull down the leg elastic while still sitting and drain them then wipe quickly while standing by putting your hand inside the panties but not pulling them down.The idea is maximum uninterrupted wear time.No diaper or cloth inside the panty just plastic against the skin.#3 can be done inside the panty as well.No showering durring this time or changing to another panty.Plan for this,100 hours is 4 days and 4 hours so you will be smelling quite funky.Not a good thing to do if you're going to be around people.
