I rarely wet in my sleep (maybe never), but it doesn't really matter. I wear diapers to bed 9 out of 10 nights. Most nights I wake up and wet my diaper before going back to sleep. However about one third of the time, I have no memory of waking and wetting. The diaper is just as wet when I awaken, but I have no memory of wetting. There is some evidence that I am actually asleep when I wet on those occasions. First, Sometimes it semms like I wet laying on my side or tummy. I almost never do this when I'm awake, because I turn on my back. That's because I like to feel the warm wettness spread across my bottom, Then, I have actually wet my bed twice (without a diaper) in the last two years, and I don't remember doing it. This would seem to be proof that I am actually becoming a bedwetter again, but I do sometimes deliberately soak my bed. I also never wet in embarrassing situations such as rooming with others while on a trip. But, who cares, if I cant remember, isn't the result the same as sleep wetting? I think it is.
