Yes, we tried to arrange a number of parties and usually 20 or so people would say they would come, we would cater for that many and perhaps three would turn up. so we stopped doing it.
We (my partner and I, he is AB, I am DL) are not averse to meeting people, and talking with them, even having anohter party if we are not let down again. We're in Milwaukee, and if anyone is interested, let me know, perhpas we can do something for the weekend after Halloween.
