I suggest putting him in a diaper and giving him plenty of fluids as he lies on the bed in the glow of "vanilla" intercourse. Stroke his arms and legs and tell him you love him. In a while, he will need to get up, but don't let him -- remind him of what is on his waist -- and watch his reaction. Make sure your bed is protected, and stroke him or rub his back and tell hiem to relax and let go. If he really wants to be a baby, he will relax and soon be wet. Then follow the other posters' advice, not necessarily all at once.
And don't forget, he will have to wear diapers *all* the time, even when he is out in the world taking care of chores such as jobs, etc.
Finally, the ripe bananna in the diaper works well if you don't like the smell of poop.
