I am also a Wisconsinite, about 70 miles north on the lakeshore. Last summer I was in Milw. near the UW campus and saw a party going on in front of a house, There were two guys standing out there, drinking beers wearing nothing but Diapers.Some kind of disposables I couldn't tell.
