ALICIN'S TALE
Alicin walked out of the nurses office after having just gotten her diaper changed. She had a hall pass and was tempted to skip her math class. She decided after a few seconds that she did not want to hear another lecture from her mother for skipping class so she went ahead and walked into her second hour math class and hoped the new teacher was not another bitch like the last one had been.
Alicin walked in and politely handed the older teacher her hall pass and then took her seat. The teacher scowled at the hall pass and took attendance by calling out everyone's name. She finished attendance and then asked the question that would cause Alicin no end of grief the rest of the school year.
“Can't you choose a better time to get your damned diaper changed Alicin? You are too damned much like your diaper wearing parents. Always wanting to be a baby and wearing diapers for fun even into my class. I will not tolerate this in my class. In the future I suggest you get your diaper changed after my class or better yet, don't even bother coming to my class. I don't babysit diaper wearing brats looking for attention. Now sit down and shut up or leave and don't ever come back.”
Alicin lost it right there and no longer cared what her parents or anyone else said. “Fuck you bitch! I didn't choose to get hit by a car when I was six and have permanent spinal cord damage. So why don't you sit your fat, preparation H, Geritol eating ass down instead!” Mrs Eddleson was not expecting the reaction she got and immediately walked over and slapped Alicin hard across the face.
Alicin was shocked only for a half second and then went completely berserk. She hit Mrs. Eddleson hard with a right hook punch that knocked her down. Alicin pounced on her and proceeded to pound on the teacher's face as she sat on her chest and pinned her arms down with her knees. She landed blow after blow on the face with full strength for almost three minutes before another couple of students pulled her off of the teacher and held her until she calmed down.
Mrs. Eddleson lay unconscious and bleeding on the classroom floor as another student calmly picked up the intercom phone and called the office to report what had happened. Alicin was let go once she had calmed down enough to not hit anyone right away. She grabbed her books and walked down to the office as several other teachers and the vice principal came running into the classroom.
Mrs. Eddleson had a broken nose for sure and both eyes were severely swollen shut from the beating she took. Alicin hoped she would not get expelled from school for the year but was ready to defend herself. Her face stung and had a hand print on it from the hard slap she had received. She walked by one of the numerous rows of lockers when one of the football players came running out and slapped her in the ass. She hated this immensely and quickly and unerringly threw her heavy math book at his head as he ran down the hall.
The book connected with a solid thunk that staggered the boy who had not expected it. He turned around and called Alicin a bitch and was rewarded by a fist in his face followed by a knee to his groin which dropped him to his knees. Alicin brought her left elbow down hard on his head and kneed him in the face as well to finish what he had started. The boy crumpled under the assault and lay on the floor face down and unconscious as Alicin walked off even more angry than before and wishing she could spend a few hours with the punching bag in her basement at home where she practiced her kickboxing.
As Alicin entered the office one of the student aides looked up at her and spoke. “I had that bitch for first hour math myself and I hope you busted her up real good. She insulted me because I have to use crutches to get around with until my broken ankle heals. Mrs. Manning is on the phone right now with someone. I'll let you know when she is off the phone so you can talk to her.”
A few minutes later the boy she had knocked out was carried into the office by a pair of other students and helped into a chair next to Alicin who sincerely hoped he would stay quiet and keep his comments to himself. She hated it when people hit her on the ass and it tended to maker her lose her temper. If she did not have to wear diapers she felt it might not have been so bad, but having to wear diapers had made her whole life one long series of fights and disappointments.
All her life she had been teased and bullied due to having to wear diapers. Up until about 4 years ago she had been short and skinny and therefore an easy target for the school bullies. On more than one occasion they had taken her skirts or stolen her jeans and thus showed everyone that she was wearing diapers. She had been locked into her own locker on a few occasions as well by other girls who thought it was funny to torture her just because she was in diapers and was small.
She eventually got tired of being picked on so began to lift weights and to learn how to fight. She soon started growing taller and still she continued to workout on her own. She read everything she could get her hands on about fighting. A friend of her father's had been in the special forces and had helped to teach her how to fight dirty and to drop opponents bigger and stronger than her. She was a good leaner and had become very good at fighting very quickly.
By the time he had moved away she was able to fight good enough to stop being a victim. Eventually the school bullies found out the hard way that picking on her was a bad idea as they would end up with broken bones laying on the ground with Alicin standing over them ready to continue the fight if they tried to get up.
Her mother was disappointed with her always seeming to get into trouble fighting in school and told her it had to stop or she would never get into college. She regretted it when she told her mother she could care less about college and would rather go to work as a welder instead of going to college and dealing with a bunch of preppy stuck up pricks from rich families and would she please just butt out and leave her alone. Her mother left Alicin alone the rest of the night and tried not to let her daughter know how much it had hurt to hear her say that.
Alicin regretted it almost immediately and the next morning she sincerely apologized to her for what she had said. She sat down with her mother and tried explaining as best she could that most of the stuff that her sisters loved and went to college for did not interest her. She wanted to work with her hands and loved building things and learning how things worked and why.
She promised to not get into as many fights as she had been getting into. “I don’t hate people mom. I hate what they call me and I hate these damned diapers I have to wear! I know I'm not that small little girl that used to get bullied all the time, but these people go out of there way to piss me off just because I wear these damned diapers.” Alicin broke down and cried as her mother hugged her and held while she cried.
Amber bought Alicin a weight set and a put in a punching bag in the basement so Alicin would have a way to work off her anger safely and not get into anymore fights. On several occasions Alicin came home from school and beat on the punching bag for hours and lifted weights until she was almost completely exhausted. She managed to keep her grades up into the high range and was once again an honor student. Things had gone quietly until today.
Alicin's thoughts were interrupted by the boy she had knocked out tapping her lightly on the shoulder. She turned to face him angrily ready to punch him if he said the wrong thing. What he said surprised her and kept him from being hit. “I'm sorry I hit you on the ass. I was trying to show off I guess so I deserved to get my ass kicked. If you don't mind me asking, where did you learn to fight like that? I was not expecting that.”
Alicin was shocked by his apology and explained where she had learned to fight and how she had gotten so strong. She explained that she had a punching bag in the basement and a weightlifting set so she could workout and vent her frustrations instead of hitting people. It helped her work out her anger and stay out of fights until today.
He listened politely as she explained the weights and her fighting skills. Mrs. Manning stood just out of sight as Alicin explained to the boy what had made her so angry. “I get so sick of having to wear these stupid things and everyone harassing me about it. I don't know why they hate me so bad, but I swear if they keep it up something is going to happen to them eventually.
“Look, I'm sorry I threw the book at you and knocked you out as well. You seem like a fairly nice guy and I'm sure your girlfriend likes the big macho guys, but trust me, the best way to keep her is to simply be yourself and stop trying to act macho and impress everyone all the time. If that doesn't impress her then dump her and find yourself someone nice.”
“Good advice Alicin. Dave, you need to go to the nurse and get looked at before I can send you back to your classes. I'm going to have to deal with Alicin now so please go get looked at. Alicin please step into my office.”
END CHAPTER ONE

CHAPTER TWO
Alicin got up and quietly walked into the principle's office and sat down. Mrs. Manning walked in a moment later and shut the door behind her then sat down next to Alicin. “Now I am not going to yell at you but I do want to hear what happened. You have been doing really good lately and now this incident. What started this whole thing.?”
Alicin took a deep breath to calm her nerves and started at the beginning of class when she came in late after having to get changed. Mrs Manning looked at the hand print on the side of her face carefully before speaking. “While I agree she should not have slapped you and been rude to you, don't you think you were a bit ruthless to her as well? Next time something like this happens just leave and come down here to report it immediately and don't half kill the person unless you have no other choice. The paramedics said she had a broken nose and possibly a concussion as well from how hard you hit her. I can't have you go around hitting people just because they piss you off. I called your mother and told her I was going to talk to you first and hear your side of it first before making any decisions.”
Alicin was not expecting the principal to be polite after what she had done to Mrs. Eddleson in class. “I'm sorry I lost my temper that way but she just seems to go out of her way to piss people off deliberately. She teased the girl out in the front office because she is on crutches while her broken ankle heals. She also insulted my parents as well as me just to try to see how far she could push me before I responded or did something. I don't know how she has survived this long without getting beaten by someone. It's a wonder she is still allowed to even teach with as bad an attitude as she has towards anyone with any sort of problem. She sounds like she hates the world and maybe even herself as well. So what are you going to do to me?”
I'm sending you home for the rest of the day after you file a police report. Once that is done you can come back tomorrow and we can discuss a punishment that is appropriate to what has happened. I don't know how she managed to get back into teaching after what she did to your mother years ago, but I'm going to take the matter up with the school board and see if something can be done. I want you here 30 minutes before first hour so we can sit and discuss this politely and go from there.”
A knock at the door startled Alicin and caused her to wet her diaper as the principal calmly got up and answered the door. At the door was the girl with broken ankle and another girl holding a cell phone and wanting to talk to Mrs. Manning about what she had seen happen in the math class. It turned out that the girl with the phone had used her camera on it to record the incident and wanted to show it to the principal as evidence in Alicin's defense. Everyone was taken to a conference room as the police showed up to take the report and get a copy of the video footage for evidence.
When everything was finished the two girls went to their next classes as the bell rang. Alicin's mother was waiting for her in the front of the office. Alicin was complaining of her wrist hurting and being swollen now that the adrenaline had worn off. Amber looked at the wrist and marched her straight to the nurse's office. They entered the office and Amber called out for someone to come and look at a swollen wrist. Amber was surprised when she recognized the nurse from when she had gone to school there.
“She got her wrist out of the splint just a little over a week ago after having fractured it and now I think she may have broken it this time from the looks of it. Can you take a look at it please and see what you can do to ease the sting from her sore face. Mrs. Eddleson hit her this morning and Alicin here hit her back.”
They took Alicin into the back and had her carefully lay the wrist on a table with better lighting. The nurse gently probed it as Alicin winced in pain. It was now turning black and blue as well as the nurse wrapped it in a temporary splint to keep Alicin from bending it. “I want you to get this x-rayed at the hospital or an emergency clinic. I can't be sure without seeing an x-ray, but I am almost certain it is broken. I don't want to give her anything for the pain as it might make diagnosing things tougher. I can however give her an ice pack to numb it and dull the pain a bit while you go to get it looked at.
Now then Amber, do you need a change while your here or are you good to go for a while yet?” Amber laughed and hugged her favorite nurse before telling her she was good for a while yet. Alicin said she was only damp and was good for a while yet. They left the nurses office with an ice pack on Alicin's wrist. Alicin half expected to have her mother yell at her but was surprised when she only told her next time to only hit her just once instead of beating her to a pulp even though she deserved it.
On their way to the hospital Amber told Alicin what had happened to her when she had the same teacher. “I don't know how she kept her teachers degree with as mean as she is. I shouldn't say this, but I wish I could have seen it when you hit that old bitch. It was long overdue and for once she picked on someone that was not going to take it quietly. I know your dad would have loved to have seen it as well.”
“I think I can arrange that mom. A girl in my class recorded it on her camera phone. If I ask politely and don’t threaten her I can most likely get a copy of it for you and dad. I'm just sorry it happened. I should have kept my cool but I hate being rudely reminded that I have to wear diapers. She even insulted you and dad as well and the rest of us too. That's when I lost it and told her off. She slapped me as hard as she could across the face as you can see, so I lost it and beat the shit out of her for it.”
They arrived at the hospital and walked into the emergency room to get her wrist looked at. They filled out the paperwork and sat back down to wait to be seen. Alicin had been waiting about 30 minutes when Dave came into the emergency room with help from the gym teacher and the nurse. They filled out paperwork and set down next to Alicin and her mother.
Dave smiled at Alicin as he was helped into a seat to wait for a doctor to see him. “ was climbing the rope and was almost to the top when the darned thing broke. Obviously I found out gravity works no matter what you might want. I landed wrong and cant stand on my left foot. I think I broke the ankle and the leg as well. So what happened to you?”
Alicin looked at him a bit nervous for a moment before speaking up. “I lost my temper and hit Mrs. Eddleson multiple times and I think I broke my wrist this time. I just got it out of the splint from fracturing it not too long ago and now this. I didn't even feel it when I hit her I was so pissed off at the time. Now it hurts like mad, and is all swollen.”
The two of them chatted a few minutes before Dave was called into the back to get looked at. Alicin sat patiently as she could while waiting for them to call her name. After almost an hour she was in need of a change but didn't want to miss them calling her name so she continued to wait as time seemed to drag on by.
After two hours she saw Dave emerge from in back on crutches with a cast on his leg. He smiled as he saw her and called out,”Broke the leg and the ankle both. See you in school I hope and I promise to be nice to you. Gotta go now. Take care and good luck with everything.” Dave was then helped into a waiting car by his parents while Alicin continued to wait to be called.
After three hours of waiting she was to the point of almost leaking and the ice pack had melted allowing the pain to return with a vengeance. Without waiting for her mother she got up and walked over to the admittance window to inquire as to what was taking so long to get seen.
She got up to the admittance window and was surprised to see an old enemy working in the admittance room. She sincerely hoped that she would not have another confrontation with the girl. She took a deep breath and politely inquired as to when a doctor would see her about her wrist.
The girl looked up and recognized Alicin. Instead of the argument Alicin was half expecting she simply asked, “How long have you been waiting out there? I honestly have not seen any paperwork for you here. I promise. I'm not trying to start a fight either.” Alicin answered that she had been waiting for over 3 hours and that her wrist was hurting even worse now that the ice pack had thawed and no longer numbed it. Lisa grimaced as Alicin showed her the wrist.
“That has to hurt like hell. Let me look and see if I can find your paperwork. It has to be here somewhere in this confusion.” Lisa looked through all the admittance paperwork and could not find it anywhere. An odd idea occurred to her and she looked through the paperwork for those treated and dismissed from the E.R. and finally found it. She held it up so Alicin could see it and put it in the correct place this time.
“I'm sorry about the wait. Some idiot put it in the wrong place entirely. I can page a doctor real quick so just sit here. I may be a bitch but I can't let you go without being seen immediately. Consider it an apology for me treating you like crap last month and as a thanks for beating the crap out of Mrs Meddlesome,” Lisa picked up the phone on the desk and then paged the E.R. Doctor for Alicin.
The doctor showed up in under three minutes and Lisa quickly explained the paperwork misfiling and pointed to Alicin's wrist. “She's been waiting like that for over three hours and I know it hurts.” Alicin moved her wrist carefully and winced in pain. The doctor opened up a set of doors and led her to a back room where she could get looked at. She was given a shot immediately for the pain and then taken off to x-ray to have the wrist checked for breakage.
As she sat on a chair being x-rayed she wet her diaper enough to start finally leaking. The shot made her drowsy and she barely noticed that she was leaking. The x-ray technician noticed the leakage as he went to lead her back to the exam room. “Ma'am, You need to get changed. You're leaking a bit.”
Alicin blushed deeply as the technician pointed out her leaking diaper. She made it to the exam room and was embarrassed when she had to tell the man that she had not brought any spares with her. “It's alright. I'll let a nurse know and they can find something for you.” The man left the room and informed a nurse as he was heading back to the x-ray department.
A nurse entered the room with a disposable diaper and made quick work of Alicin's wet diaper. The doctor knocked on the door just as the nurse was finishing up with Alicin's diaper change. He looked on her chart and spotted where it said she was medically incontinent. “I looked at your x-rays and the wrist is broken. It needs to be set and then put in a cast for a couple of weeks so it can heal properly. I'll give you a shot that will make you sleep for about ten minutes so I can set your wrist properly without any additional pain.
Alicin was given the shot and fell asleep a few minutes later. The wrist was set and the splint was halfway done being wrapped when she woke up. “This splint is only good for 24 hours while the swelling goes down. I want you in here tomorrow afternoon for a cast. Do not take the splint off or you could break the wrist in other places as well. I'll give a prescription for the pain and some instructions for that as well.”
When Alicin left the exam room she stopped by the admittance window and told Lisa thank you for helping her get the mix up fixed and getting her seen right away. “Glad to help. But when you get better you need to show me how the heck you managed to kick my butt so well in that last fight. I have a black belt in karate but you took me down with tricks I've never seen before.” Alicin laughed and told her she would consider it when her wrist was fully healed and if she was not in jail for hitting and knocking out a teacher.
END CHAPTER TWO

CHAPTER THREE
The next few days were a flurry of activity for Alicin as she defended herself for hitting Mrs. Eddleson. She was arrested and charged with attempted murder. The school board was trying to find a legal way to erase all her high school credits as well so that her last two years and all of this year would have to be repeated.

Alicin was forced to spend a week in jail and was teased by some of the other girls about having to wear diapers. It didn't help that the guards made her change in front of everyone. They seemed to think it was funny to see her embarrassed and harassed. She had a tall girl she had to share her cell with and this bothered her as the girl was a lesbian.

At the end of the second day her cellmate tried to rape her in her cell while she was changing her diaper. Alicin lost her temper and beat the girl senseless before the guard could get to them and stop the fight. As a result she was transferred to solitary and denied any communication.

Alicin hated being in jail. The guard in solitary would not allow her to change more than once per day and laughed if she messed herself or leaked. Alicin asked to be allowed to make a phone call but was told to shut if she knew what was good for her. She asked a second time and was taken out of the cell block to a cement room in the basement where she was shackled and beaten severely by five guards before being returned to her cell and then denied food for two days.

Alicin was released on the seventh day when she was found face down and unresponsive in her cell. A new guard was handing out the breakfast trays and had not seen Alicin since she was brought in late in the night by two guards and thrown roughly into her cell. The guard found Alicin on the floor and not breathing. She quickly initiated c.p.r. and mouth to mouth on Alicin.

Alicin was covered in bruises and her cast had been broken as well. Her eyes were so badly swollen they could not open. When Alicin finally started to breathe again there was blood leaking out of her mouth with every breath. June quickly radioed for help and requested an ambulance for emergency transport to the hospital.

Alicin woke up in the intensive care unit a week after being admitted. Her whole body felt sore and swollen. She was hooked up to ventilator and a heart monitor as well. She tried to move her right arm and could barely move it due to the pain. The pain caused her heart rate to spike and thus triggered alarms.

When the nurse arrived she was choking on the ventilator tube as her body attempted to breathe on it's own. “Calm down honey. I'll remove the tube in a moment. Relax and don't move while I remove the tube.” The nurse removed the tube from Alicin and held her as she coughed and choked a few moments while her body adjusted.

The coughs made her hurt even worse and brought tears to her eyes. She had never felt this much pain since she had been hit by a car when she was much younger. The nurse gave her a tiny sip of water to ease her dry throat. Sip by sip she helped Alicin drink a small glass of cold water. With this done she lowered her back down to the bed in order to change her soaked diaper.

Her mother arrived an hour later along with her father. Amber carefully hugged Alicin as did her father. The nurse told us that the doctor will be here shortly to examine you again. I have to ask you now honey, do you want to press charges against the jail for the abuse? You were assaulted multiple times, denied counsel, denied medical treatment, denied the right to a preliminary trial, and even denied food, as well as being forced to endure cruel and unusual treatment due to being incontinent.

Alicin could barely speak her throat was so sore. “I want their asses for this mom. I want to go a few rounds with them when they don't have me shackled.” Alicin and Kevin smiled and told her they would draw up the paperwork later in the day and get a statement from her when the doctors deemed her strong enough to safely do so.

“I got a court order to get you released from jail until the trial in 30 days. This whole thing is a mess and I intend to get to the bottom of it honey. Your mom and I both want you to get well and then we will discuss options in more detail. For now, rest and heal. Do what the nurses and the doctor tell you to do. The doctor will be here shortly and we'll know more then.”

The doctor carefully examined Alicin and took full notes of every cut and mark on her body. Alicin had had her wrist broken again when someone hit it with what must have been a baton. She had suffered 6 broken ribs, a broken right foot, and a severe skull concussion that almost killed her. They had done emergency surgery to relieve the swelling in her brain and to re-inflate her left lung from where it had been punctured by a rib. The worst of the injuries was not told to her until she was out of the intensive care unit. She had been raped by multiple males and had almost bled to death when someone rammed a baton up into her vaginal cavity and tore her up badly.

Alicin was then told it was unlikely she would ever be able to have children due to the severity of the damage. The chances were slim that she could conceive now but they told her that they would know more in a few weeks when she healed further. Alicin broke down in tears when she heard the news and had to be sedated lightly. The doctor asked her if she would be willing to talk to counselor to help her through this ordeal. Alicin agreed as she cried herself to sleep.

Alicin went to her first trial in a wheelchair as she was still too weak to stand. It took five hours for the first motions to be reviewed along with the evidence. The prosecutor tried to say that Alicin had done all the damage to herself in an effort to escape prosecution. The attorney for the state attempted to have all of Alicin's evidence declared as inadmissible.

The judge listened to Alicin's father and mother as well as testament from the doctors and the guard that found her almost dead in her cell. The judge went into his chambers to consider the evidence and motions that both sides had filed. After carefully reviewing the evidence and the motions he summoned them back to the court room.

The motions from the prosecution were all denied and the defense was allowed to have the case dismissed. A separate motion or intent to pursue further legal actions against the state was filed as well by Amber and Kevin on behalf of Alicin. The judge spoke up before closing the trial. “I want to apologize to the three of you for this incident and I encourage you to pursue it to it's legal conclusion so that those responsible can answer for their actions. As for you Alicin, I sincerely hope you recover fully and completely. Case dismissed.”

Alicin and her parents left the courtroom and stopped in the states attorney's office to drop off copies of their legal paperwork stating their intent to sue the state for the damages inflicted on their minor daughter. Alicin signed several legal forms only after her parents carefully reviewed them. Once everything was signed they left.

they were almost to the exit when the prosecutor stopped them. “I wanted to apologize for the courtroom. I was told to present it in that way. Personally I hope you nail those bastards to the wall and don’t accept a plea agreement in the case. This is not something I can discuss here as the walls have ears. Good luck to you.” As he shook hands with them he managed to pass a note to Amber and another one to Kevin.

As they got into their car and helped amber get strapped into her seat as she began to fall asleep again from the effects of the pain killers they still had her on while she recovered from more minor surgery she had done on her wrist. The notes were case file reference numbers and dates. The bottom of Kevin's note had the number and name of an attorney that was involved in an earlier case.

Alicin woke up as her father was changing her wet diaper. She was helped out of bed and into a warm bath. Her mother helped her bathe as she was having a hard time staying awake thanks to the pain medicine. “How much longer till I can get off these stupid pain pills? They make me sleep too much and I hate that.” Amber looked at her and spoke. “The doctor said we could begin reducing the dosage tomorrow. You are going to begin physical therapy in two weeks when your leg and wrist have both healed enough.
Alicin was pleased to hear the news and hugged her mother. “I'll be glad when I can walk again and get back to school as well. Catching back up is going to be a pain to do but I don't want to have repeat the year over. When is the hearing with the school board? If they dump all my credits I'll kick each of their asses when I get better”

“They will meet us tomorrow night at 7:00 pm. I have a few surprises for those fools if they try to pull anything stupid. For now though, let's get you out of the tub before you look like a wrinkled old lady and into a dry diaper shall we. Besides I need to change as well before I leak.”
END CHAPTER THREE

CHAPTER FOUR
Alicin spent a good portion of the day trying to get some of her schoolwork done in between frequent diaper changes. She had just finished up the last of her required reading for her government class when her mother showed up again. “It's 6:20 honey. Let's get you changed and then we can head to the meeting. I got all the information I need to blow this up in their faces. I wont spoil the surprise, but I can promise a very interesting school board meeting tonight.”

Alicin got up after being changed and picked out some clothes that helped to hide her diapered status. Her diapers were something she did not feel anyone else needed to know about unless she told them. She had grown up most her life having to wear them and put up with the teasing.

As a result of being fairly small and not growing till her junior year of high school she began to learn how to fight. As she began to grow taller she also began to lift weights to make sure she had the strength to back up any punches she threw. It was shortly after her birthday that she took an interest in kickboxing as a way to fight more effectively.

When her neighbor began teaching her what he had learned from his 12 years in special forces she became a fast learner and soon began to get into fights with anyone that teased her. The last fight she had been in before he moved had been a very short and punishing fight for her opponent.

The girl teased Alicin after seeing Alicin throw away a wet diaper at the mall one day after she had finished changing. The girl kept making rude remarks and went so far as to call Alicin a diapered dyke. Alicin beat the girl within inches of killing her for the remark. When she finished with the girl she looked around and asked if anyone else wanted to try their luck or had anything stupid they would like to say to her.

The fight had lasted less than three minutes from start to end. The girl lay on the ground with a broken nose and a broken jaw. Alicin had also managed to break two ribs and dislocate the girls right shoulder as well when she threw her to the ground face first. Alicin stepped on her back and pulled the right arm up and twisted as hard as she could. The shoulder socket was ripped up badly as she pulled the shoulder completely and painfully out of joint. The girl screamed in pain and then passed out with Alicin holding the girl's now useless right arm. Alicin ended up on probation for 90 days and had to pay restitution.

Alicin's thoughts were interrupted by her mother telling her it was time for them to go.
Alicin's mother had a folder full of legal paperwork in her hands as they got into the car. Her husband was unable to come to the meeting as he had to prepare for a criminal trial in the morning for a client he was certain was innocent.

The two of them arrived at the meeting 15 minutes before the meeting was scheduled to begin. Alicin managed to get out of the car without help but it made her wince in pain to do so. The two of them walked into the building and into the meeting room together. Alicin received a few dirty looks from some of the people there but ignored them.

The meeting started and Amber launched her offensive against the school board. “I would like to know how a teacher can get a teaching job when she has had her certifications suspended. Mrs Eddleson was arrested several years ago in the same school for the exact same type of crime. And had her teaching credentials revoked permanently. She also served four years in jail for that assault which under the terms of the current laws forbids her from ever teaching again.

As I understand it according to current laws she was never supposed to be issued teaching credentials without first undergoing a psychiatric review. I have here a copy of the final decisions of the psychiatric review that she was court ordered to take. She was listed as someone who was not ever recommended to be in any job where she would be in charge of others.

I also have certified copies of seven other times when she was investigated for abuse in the classroom. In light of this she was still allowed to teach and not once was she disciplined in any way for these actions. I move that Mrs Edleson be permanently banned from ever teaching again.

In addition to this I also move that her nephew be removed from the board as it was he who reinstated her credentials despite the illegality of doing so and the danger of her assaulting another student.. Had she not been reinstated as a teacher none of the horror my daughter suffered would have occurred.

While Alicin was illegally jailed she was raped and tortured to the point where she almost died and due to the grievous nature of her wounds she has almost no chance now of ever having children. Alicin is undergoing physical therapy three times a week and sees a counselor once a week as well to deal with the emotional trauma of the incident which all could have been prevented by simply not allowing Mrs. Edleson to ever teach again.”

The school board was stunned at the attack and was not prepared to handle it. The chairman stood up and spoke, “This is not the matter we are here to discuss. We a here here to discuss your daughter's actions in the classroom on the day she violently and without provocation attacked her teacher and brutally beat her without any remorse.

I would also like to ask why you allow your daughter here to indulge in her diaper fetish by wearing diapers to school and everywhere else. I would seriously consider getting her and you some serious counseling to get over your sick obsession with wearing diapers like babies. If neither of you can addre4ssx this problem then I recommend that Alicin be permanently banned from all schools in this district until she undergoes psychiatric evaluation and treatment for her love of diapers.”

Alicin lost her temper at this point and screamed at the man. “You fucking needledicked pencil necked father fucking bastard! You think I like having to wear diapers the rest of my life! You think I get a fucking kick out of having no control? I have been trapped in these damned things since I was almost killed in when I got hit by a drunk driver when I was 6 years old!

I have had to put up with being bullied around because I was small and had to wear diapers! Where were you when I got shoved in a locker and left in there for three hours? Where the fuck were you when five of the cheerleaders ganged up on me and threw me over the second floor railing and onto the lockers below? Where the fuck were you assholes every damned time I got beat on for being medically incontinent?

As for that old bitch that hit me, she deserved to get hit back for a change! Because of her I was sent to jail! Because of her I was raped and tortured almost to death! After all this you have the stupidity to insult me and my family without stopping to check your fucking facts!

You want some interesting facts that these people here don't know? How about the fact you were arrested four times for suspicion of rape. How about last year when you got caught with child pornography on your computer? Or how about three months ago when you settled out of court for sexually attacking Amanda Salas you fucking pig! So don't you dare lecture me and call me a sicko you fucking pervert!”

Alicin limped out of the room mad as hell while the chairman stood speechless. Amber simply stood up and presented the proof of what her daughter had stated and made sure that each person on the council also received another small packet of information about some of their dirty little secrets they did not want revealed.

“I believe that my daughter will stay in school and not be subject to anymore unfair accusations from any of you. As for my daughter supposedly starting the attack on her teacher, I have proof that she did in fact not start it and that she is not guilty of starting anything.

Included in each of your packets is a DVD copy of the entire incident that led us all to this point. A fellow student in Alicin's class recorded the entire event with her camera phone. The evidence has been given to the police and I have also legally obtained copies of that evidence as well.

You will also note that in each of your packets that you received there is information in there that if it came to light could very well land some of you on the unemployment line and a few of you in jail for various criminal actions. To conclude, Leave me and my family alone or be faced with a lawsuit and a scandal that will shake this whole school district to the foundations and bankrupt each and every one of you. Goodbye and good riddance to you/”

Amber walked out of the meeting room and joined her daughter who was lightly sleeping in the car. Amber could tell that Alicin had been crying from the redness around her eyes. It made her even more angry with the fools inside but she had done what she had come here to do. She sincerely doubted any of them would be stupid enough to bother her family ever again.

END CHAPTER FOUR

CHAPTER FIVE
Alicin returned to school the next day determined to just get through the day without getting into any trouble. Everything went surprisingly well until lunch time. Alicin walked down the hall quietly intent on getting some lunch when she saw someone deliberately trip Dave as he tried to get through the crowd on his crutches.

Alicin went over to help him up off the floor when it happened. She bent over to help him up when someone yanked her skirt hard enough to rip it and then took off running with it. Alicin's diaper was now exposed for everyone to see. She turned red with anger and embarrassment as several people stared and others laughed. It took every ounce of control to help Dave up off the floor and not turn and lay into the crowd with her fists and feet.

After enduring several rude remarks she finally turned to face the tormentors. “Alright! I wear diapers! Are you fucking happy now? Unlike you lucky idiots I have no choice thanks to a drunk driver when I was a kid! You think it's fucking funny? You try it then and see how fucking funny you think it is to have no control! See how funny it is to be picked on because of a medical condition! Now which one of you little pricks has what's left of my skirt?”

“Awww wittle baby gonna cwy? Do you need a dydee change wittle baby?” The voice turned silent as everyone seemed to think this comment was funny. Alicin spun around to see which girl had just insulted her and immediately saw Lisa.

Lisa backed up quickly holding her hands up saying, “It wasn't me! Honest! I didn't say a thing this time. Again the voice called out as Alicin spun to find out who had the big mouth. “Aww. Wittle baby need a baba?” Everyone laughed except Dave and Lisa. Lisa pointed to a tall blonde girl who was trying to think of something else to say.

Alicin held her temper as best she could and walked up to the girl who was also holding the remains of her skirt. “Two things. First, hand me back my skirt please, and second, shut the fuck up. I have had enough shit from all of you idiots to last a lifetime. One more remark out of you and I promise to break every single bone in that pretty little face of yours and smile while doing it. If you want to push your luck then keep making stupid remarks.”

The girl swung at Alicin and was surprised when Alicin blocked the fast punch and kicked her hard in the left knee. The knee buckled with a an audible cracking sound as Alicin kicked the side of it hard. The girl hit the floor and screamed in pain while holding her knee. Alicin was about to finish the job of busting her up when the Dave and Lisa grabbed her from behind and held her back.

Lisa spoke up first. “Don't do it Alicin. She isn't worth the trouble it will cause. Let me and Dave here help you with your skirt and then we can just leave the little bitch laying on the floor and walk off.”
“She's right Alicin, don't let her get to you. That is exactly what she wants from you. I know you can easily bust her up, but I'm asking you not to do so.”

Alicin grabbed her skirt when Dave and Lisa let go of her and then turned to face the girl laying on the floor still holding her knee and crying from pain. “The knee will heal with no permamnent damage this time. Next time you get that damned stupid you better run for your fucking life because I will almost kill you.” The three of them turned and walked off just as the principal was coming up the hall with the school nurse to stop the fight before it got any worse.

The three of them stopped and explained to Mrs. Manning what had just happened. “Her knee will be swollen and sore for a few hours but nothing more than that and some bruising. I was not trying to permanently maim her as tempting as it was. If you can give me a few minutes to repair my skirt I'll report to your office and do whatever else you want.”

The school nurse was helping the injured girl to make it to the office as they passed Alicin. “Fucking cunt! Next time I'll rip your whole fucking diaper off as well bitch and then start of taking you apart piece by fucking piece!” Mrs. Manning shook her head sadly and told Alicin to get her skirt fixed and then for the three of them to come to the office to sort out the incident.

Alicin managed to get her skirt pinned together with some help from Dave and Lisa. Dave then made a quick stop at his locker for some much needed pain medicine to ease the ache in his broken leg. Lisa stayed silent the entire time until they reached the office. “How the heck did you manage to drop her so fast? I fought her a month ago and she almost kicked my ass. I only beat her by tackling her hard into the ground and then pounding on her until she was out cold.”

Alicin laughed then told her how she had beaten her. “I don't believe in a fair fight. When I'm in a fight I'm in it for one reason. To win. What got me into it is of no importance at that point. All that matters is winning. I put all my anger aside and fight to win by whatever means I can. When she started to lean forward I knew she was going to throw a punch so I ducked and kicked her hard in the side of the knee. Had I kicked the front of her knee I would have ripped up the entire joint and she would have needed surgery in order to ever stand a chance of walking again. The throat is also another good place to hit a person as you found out last time we fought. They can't fight if they can't breathe. The danger in that is possibly hitting too hard and crushing the larynx and causing their death. I learned from an early age to fight dirty and my next door neighbor was ex special forces and he showed me a lot of tricks to use as well.”

Lisa looked at her in astonishment then spoke up. “Remind me never to piss you off again. I still want you to show me how to fight like you do. Some of those tricks could come in handy in my neighborhood. Twice I've almost been raped and barely managed to fight my way out of it.” Alicin felt sorry for her after that and promised to show her how to fight better once the mess with the bitch is settled and things calm down.”

The door to the office opened and the nurse helped the blonde girl out and into a seat where she sat down and said nothing as Alicin, Dave and Lisa waited patiently to be called into Mrs. Manning's office. The blonde opened her mouth to say something and the nurse cut her off immediately. I would think twice young lady about saying anything rude right now. You are already in enough trouble as it is. Don't make it worse for yourself.” The girl closed her mouth and instead gave Alicin a dirty look.

Mrs. Manning called the three of them into her office and closed the door as they all sat down quietly. “I want to know exactly what happened out there. I have heard her side of the story and now I want to hear your side of it.” Alicin quietly told her how she had spotted Dave on the floor and had merely tried to help him up when her skirt was ripped away. Lisa told her how she had seen the blonde girl deliberately trip Dave and laugh about making him fall down. Dave also told about the taunts and that Alicin had this time not started the fight but had ended it with a kick to the side of the girl's knee.

“I was not trying to bust her up but merely to stop it right then and there. I wont lie and say it wasn't tempting to bust her up big time. Had she not swung at me I would not have touched her and would have come down here to report the theft of my skirt. I don't know who she is or why she felt like starting a fight. I have nothing personal against her and will be more than happy to leave her alone as long as she leaves me alone as well.

Her knee will be sore for a few hours but the swelling will go down and it will only be a bit tender for a few days. A good hot soak and staying off it for the rest of the day will allow the knee to return to normal a lot faster. I'm not wanting to get into any trouble if I can avoid it. I didn't even start this fight and even tried to avoid it turning physical until she swung at me.”

“I have a few others to talk to as well about this but it does look so far like you did not start the fight. In the future please refrain from hitting anyone even if they swing at you. Either duck or block it until a teacher can get there and stop it. For now I want the three of you to return to your classes and stay out of trouble. I have called her parents and she is getting expelled for three days for this latest incident.

I know you have been trying hard lately Alicin to a stay out of trouble so I am not going to expel you this time since it seems that you did not start the fight. I'll decide by the end of the day what punishment to give you for kicking her when you could have blocked her punches or ducked them until a teacher arrived. I will be calling your mother in a little while after I hear from a few others and decide how best to punish you. You may all go now.”

As they all left the office Alicin stopped the nurse and told the girl politely how to ease the pain and swelling in the knee and even apologized for kicking her. The girl merely cursed at her and tried to hit her again. Alicin easily avoided the punch and let the girl fall to the floor as her knee gave out. The nurse roughly picked the girl up off the floor and marched her back into the principal's office.

“I'd hate to be her now for sure after that last stunt. Mrs manning is going to rip her a new one for sure now.” Dave and Alicin agreed with Lisa's statement as they left the office. Alicin was finally calmed down completely and noticed that she was in need of a diaper change or risk leaking.

“I have to stop by the bathroom real quick and change or risk a major flood. Hey Dave, If your girlfriend gets the wrong idea about any of this let me know and I will politely explain to her without hitting her or hurting her that I only tried to be nice and help you off the floor. I know how fast stupid rumors run in this place.”

“Thank you Alicin, but it's not going to be a problem. I don't have a girlfriend. I have been to cowardly to ask out the one I want. I know it sounds stupid, but it's true. I can face an entire team of other football players trying to take me down, but can't get the courage up to ask out the one I want. Every time I try to figure out how I get scared she will say no or just laugh at me or something.”

Lisa looked oddly at Dave for a moment. “Dave! Don't be a fool! Just go ahead and ask her. I doubt that she will say no to you. I know I could easily name off at least ten girls that want you for their boyfriend, including most of the cheerleaders. Go for it and ask her Dave. You have nothing to loose by asking.”

“Alicin looked at Lisa a moment than spoke up. “You have a crush on Dave don’t you Lisa. Admit it, you want him. Get it over with Dave and ask her already. She already as good as said yes.” Dave and Lisa looked at each other a moment and bust out laughing. “Lisa is my cousin and like a sister to me. It is not her I want but rather someone else. Thanks for the advice though and the laugh. I guess I'll have to pluck up the courage and ask her out and hope she doesn't kick my ass or laugh at me.”

“Lisa and I will both kick her ass whoever she is if she beats you up for asking her out. Big bad football player and you're afraid to even ask a girl out. I hope she's worth it from the way you act when I see you. All tongue tied and silent is kinda sweet Dave. Go for it Dave and let me know how it goes when I see you next time. At any rate, here's my destination and you can't help me with this one.”

Alicin playfully punched him in the shoulder as she walked off into the girls restroom. Lisa followed her in and stopped her before she walked into one of the stalls to change. “That big lug is really a nice guy but way too shy around girls. He has been wanting to ask you out for months now and has been too afraid of being told no or being ridiculed. Dave has had a crush on you since 9th grade and has been too afraid to tell you how he feels. I figure if I don't tell you and let you know he never will with the way he gets so tongue tied around you.”

Alicin was surprised for a moment. “It makes sense now I guess. I wish he had told me himself instead of getting knocked around for being stupid. I would not have laughed at him and would have said yes. I do find him attractive to be totally honest and have often wondered who his girlfriend is. I never asked him out because I thought he had a girlfriend already. I didn't want to be the reason for him and any girl breaking up. I may have to torture him a little bit before I ask him out since he is too shy to do it himself.”

Lisa laughed at this statement as Alicin went into a stall to change. “If you really want to torture him then talk about sexy guys around him and which ones you think are cute. It will drive him nuts. And he is too shy to say anything. I did that with Jake before I asked him out. Our parents don't know yet, but Jake popped the question to me last week and I told him yes. We plan on announcing the news after graduation in three months. If you play your cards right we can make it a double wedding.”

Lisa laughed as Alicin started choking in shock for a minute. “Hey! Let me at least find out how well he performs in bed before you plan a double wedding. You have to take the merchandise for a test ride you know.” Lisa was stunned into silence as Alicin laughed and then told her she was joking about taking him to bed. “I'll talk to him after school if I don't have too severe of a punishment from Mrs Manning for that fight.

END CHAPTER FIVE

CHAPTER SIX
The rest of the day went well for Alicin aside from a few people making rude remarks in between classes. She reached her locker and found that someone had managed to get into it somehow. There was a stack of size 7 pampers in it and a baby bottle. Alicin took and threw the bottle into a nearby trashcan and was about to do the same with the pampers when a redheaded girl stopped her.

“Before you throw those away what size are they? If they are size 7 then I'll gladly take them off your hands. I'm Elizabeth Welson by the way. I'm willing to take those if they are size 7 and you don't want them. I can certainly make use of them.”

Alicin was a bit surprised to see and hear this and it took her a moment to respond to the girl. “If this is some kind of joke that someone put you up to then I can promise you I wont hesitate to kick your ass. Before I give them to you what do you plan to do with them?”

“I can promise you that I am not pulling any kind of stupid prank on you. I'm being totally honest when I say I can put them to good use. I know you are suspicious, but I promise they are not going to be wasted on some stupid prank. I can use them.”

Alicin was getting frustrated at not getting a straight answer and finally lost her patience. “And just what the hell are you going to use them for? You going to wear them or something? You going to pull some kind of prank on me or use them to pull a joke on some person like maybe forcing them into these?”

“ Actually I plan to wear them myself. I am incontinent and wear pampers size 7 as they fit better than the small adult diapers. I don't usually tell people this as I get picked on a lot for it just like you do. I know it's hard to believe, but it's the truth. I really do wear them. I have had to wear them for almost 6 years now.”

The girl lifted up her skirt in the front and Alicin was able to clearly see a wet pampers 7 on the girl. She blushed and handed the diapers to the girl and apologized to her for not trusting her. “I guess I shouldn't be so distrusting of others. So what happened to cause your problem? I myself got hit by a drunk driver when I was younger.”

“I don't talk about it much as it is very personal and still gives me occasional nightmares. Let's just say that the bastard that caused this is doing 20 years in prison now. He'll never hurt another person again where he is. Perhaps if I knew how to fight better it would not have happened. At any rate thank you for these. I also don't blame you for being suspicious. There are too many assholes that will use any excuse to pick on someone. That's why I never let them know about my incontinence or how it happened.”

Dave showed up on crutches a few moments later and gently tapped Alicin on the shoulder to get her attention. “Sorry to interrupt you Alicin, but the principal wants to see you in her office. She spotted me in the halls and asked me to come and get you. So she could talk to you about earlier today.”

Alicin looked at Dave a moment before speaking. “So did you get up the nerve to ask out that special lady yet? With all the hot looking guys I see around here I have to admit it gets me thinking sometimes. I'm tempted to ask one of them out sometime for some quality time if you know what I mean.”

Alicin busted out laughing at the look on Dave's face. “I'm sorry Dave. I couldn't resist teasing you a little bit. I do have a certain guy in mind though but I'm just joking about the one night stand thing. Now let's get down to the office before I get into any more trouble. Oh, Elizabeth, if you are interested in learning some self defense then meet me down by the gym at 3:30. I'm going to show a few other girls around here how to defend themselves against attackers.”

Alicin joined Dave and walked towards the principal's office. She deliberately kept looking at all the guys as they walked along the hall. She made a few comments about some of them being good looking and maybe asking them out. She couldn't help but almost laugh as Dave was trying hard to be polite and not say anything. She debated telling him a couple of times that she knew about the crush he had on her but decided to wait a while yet.

As they arrived at the principal's office Alicin couldn't resist one more quick bit of minor torture and grabbed Dave and kissed him passionately before walking into the office, leaving him standing open mouthed and shocked. She almost laughed when she glanced back before entering the office.

She sat down quietly as Mrs. manning closed the door to the office. She figured that whatever the punishment was that she would not like it and was a bit nervous. “I have heard from numerous students that you did indeed not start the fight and held back considerably until attacked physically. The other girl is suspended for three days. Her knee is still sore but she can walk on it and it will heal in a few days the nurse tells me. Still, there were other options you could have considered.

I suppose though that if I were in your situation I would have probably hit her as well. I am not condoning your actions though. You know full well that had you missed you could have shattered her knee and left her permanently injured. I think a few days of helping Mr. Anderson with an after school project he has been trying to set up should help to make you think a bit before you hit another person. Report to him immediately and he will tell you what he wants from you.”

Alicin left the office and went straight to the gym hoping to get out of whatever he had in mind so she could meet the girls on time. She passed Dave in the hall and slapped him on the ass when she passed him. When he saw who it was he turned red. She couldn't resist teasing him and told him he had a nice ass as well.

Alicin entered the gym and found Mr. Anderson getting out some mats from storage. “Excuse me, but I was told to report to you by Mrs. Manning. She told me you had something for me to do.” The gym teacher turned around and faced Alicin as she waited. “You must be Alicin. I am indeed needing some help here, but not with these mats. I am going to be starting an after school program to help teach some of the young ladies here some self defense. Mrs. Manning said she had someone in mind to help with this.

You know, I remember most everyone I have had in here, but I don't recall ever seeing you in here before today. Have you ever taken gym class?” Alicin was not sure how to explain her situation to him as she answered him. “I've not taken gym class since I was a lot younger. I have a condition that makes me taking gym class out of the question.”

“I see. What is wrong that you can't take gym class like everyone else does? You look pretty healthy to me. I don’t see any missing limbs or braces that would stop you. I have five girls and one guy that are in my class with asthma and they manage fairly well.”

Alicin saw no easy way out of her situation so she finally decided to show him what her problem was. She lifted the side of her skirt up to reveal her diaper underneath it. “I am medically incontinent and have been since I was little girl. Taking gym class would get me teased a lot worse than now and a lot of others would get hurt severely for it. I have to wear these the rest of my life thanks to a drunk driver. And after what recently happened to me the condition is now 100% beyond repair. Changing into gym clothes and having all the girls seeing me in just a diaper would not be fun so I am excused from gym class.”

“I am sorry to hear about that. I had a student several years ago who had problems as well but managed to not only get through the class but to graduate with honors in spite of all she went through.”
Alicin laughed and told him that he was referring to her mother. “My mom is Amber Swanson. Her last name was different when she was a student here, but she changed it when she married dad just shortly after she graduated. She still remembers you too by the way and says you treated her nicely and helped her when she needed a little help.

As for the girls you want to teach some self defense, I can help in that department. I was supposed to meet a few of them at 3:30 and help them learn a few simple things that could help them out if they were ever forced into a bad situation. I think this is what Mrs Manning had in mind when she sent me to you. If you like, I can go get them and bring them in here now.”

Mr. Anderson looked at the clock and saw that it was only 3:10 so he had a crazy idea to test Alicin and determine if she was just blowing smoke or if she really was any good. “Before we do that lets get acquainted a bit more privately shall we. If you come into my office I can guarantee that things will go very smoothly and pleasurably for us.” He grabbed her arm and tried to lead her away when she sprung into action.

When he regained consciousness he was on the floor with Alicin's foot on his throat and a very angry look on her face. “You ever try that again and I will personally guarantee your death to be slow and painful at my hands. I will not be raped again by anyone no matter who they are. Do you understand me?”

Mr. Anderson spoke a soft yes and was relieved when she took her foot off his throat and allowed him to stand up painfully. He had never even seen her hit him due to her moving so fast and was surprised to end up on the floor knocked out. “I am sorry Alicin, but I had to be sure you could teach these girls correctly that they do not have to put up with this kind of unwanted attention from anyone. I wanted to test you and make sure you were not a pushover or someone willing to do anything to get ahead. Now if you would please go get those young ladies and bring them in here we can begin.”

Alicin was surprised that it had been a test and not an honest attempt to get into her diapers. “I'm sorry I hurt you sir, but next time try asking for a little less painful test. I could very easily have killed you. I was raped not long ago and you caught me totally off guard and I admit I reacted without stopping to think. I'll go get the others now.”

Alicin walked out of the gym and rounded up all the girls and even Dave who had volunteered to help as well. They walked into the gym and were greeted politely by Mr. Anderson. “I am going to have Alicin here help teach all of you some simple ways to help defend yourselves against an attacker. Since most anyone who goes after you is going be bigger and heavier than you you will need to learn how to use their size against them. As Alicin can tell you, your size can make it easy to turn the table on an attacker looking for a helpless victim.”

Alicin helped all of them learn the beginnings of how to move and where to kick or hit that would drop a person to the ground regardless of gender. Her session lasted from 3:30 until 5:00. “We can all meet back here tomorrow at the same time to continue this. Those of you who know of anyone else who would be interested in learning self defense, be sure to let them know and extend the invitation to come join us here. You should also thank Alicin here for being nice enough to show you how to defend yourselves. See you all tomorrow. Have a good night and stay safe.”

Alicin went straight to the restrooms when they were done in order to change her diaper. She walked in and found Elizabeth laying on the floor crying. Her clothes had been ripped off of her and she was curled into a ball crying while fluids leaked out of her. Alicin's Blood turned cold when she saw this. She ran out of the bathroom and looked both ways and saw only Dave hobbling along on his crutches and one other guy rapidly walking away and still buckling his belt.

“Dave! Stop him! He just raped Elizabeth!” The guy tried to run but found a crutch rammed into his belly hard enough to knock the wind out of him. The man went down and then pulled a knife out and rammed it into Dave's right arm in an effort to escape.

Alicin tackled the guy as he was getting up and proceeded to slam his head into the floor as hard as she could. After the third time he stopped resisting but she still continued to slam his head into the floor until Dave grabbed her and pulled her back. She elbowed Dave in the gut hard and turned on him with an angry snarl and almost hit him.

Dave backed up quickly as he could. A few others had come running to see what the commotion was all about. Dave ignored them as he tried to calm Alicin down. “Don't kill him. He's not going anywhere now. It's over for him. Go see to Elizabeth. She needs you more than I do at the moment. One of you go get Mrs. Manning please and someone also grab the nurse and call 911 please.”

As Alicin entered the restroom Dave blocked the doorway to keep everyone else from interfering. Two of the girls Alicin had been teaching sat next to the man she had beaten and made sure that when he woke up that he could not leave. By the time Everyone had arrived the mans legs had been tied together and his hands had been tied behind his back as well.

Mrs Manning and the school nurse made their way through the crowd and to the restroom where Alicin and Elizabeth were. Alicin had covered Elizabeth up as best she could while holding her and letting her cry. Dave let the principal through while the nurse tended to his knife wound quickly.

Alicin was almost on the verge of tears herself as she held the small crying girl. Alicin and the paramedic caught him as he fell.

The paramedic quickly field stitched the wound as she called out for a bottle of plasma and two gurneys. Alicin looked at Dave and Elizabeth and it tore her up inside that two people she knew had been hurt badly. Elizabeth finally let go of Alicin as the paramedics put her on a gurney followed by Dave who had an I.V. in his good arm.

The police took Alicin's statement while another paramedic took the man out on a gurney with his hands and legs cuffed to the sides of the gurney. Mrs. Manning Hugged Alicin for a moment and spoke to her. “For once I'm honestly glad you lost your temper. That man deserved what he got. I hate to say it, but I hope he rots in prison as someone's toy.”

CHAPTER SEVEN
Alicin was exhausted and soaked by the time she got home. She changed her wet diaper and then went straight to bed for a few hours. Alicin changed and then went down to see Dave who was standing in the living room waiting for her. He had a large bandage over his right arm where he had been cut earlier. “I thought you should know, Elizabeth is going to be fine after some counseling. She insisted that I come over and talk to you.

Remember how I talked to you about trying to find the courage to ask out that girl I like? I still haven't been able to talk about it directly around her yet. Elizabeth suggested I come over and talk to you and to tell you she says thank you for catching that man. She wouldn't go to sleep until I promised to come over here.”

Alicin knew he was trying to work up the courage to ask her out and was tempted to torture him a bit but decided not to tease him any longer as he seemed about ready to run away in fear. CHAPTER EIGHT
The rest of the day went by with only the minimal amount of problems. Alicin managed to borrow some safety pins from a teacher and pinned her skirt together so it would not fall off of her. She had not been called down to the principal's office and had not seen any sign of Dave either the entire day.

Alicin was fairly calmed down by the end of the day and met with a group of students in the gym to teach them some more basic self defense that could possibly save them from getting raped or mugged. After an hour they all called it good for the day as Alicin asked them all to be careful and to always try to be aware of the situation around them. “Remember, just because you know a few simple tricks doesn't mean it is a good thing to always stay and try to fight. If someone is intent on having their way with you and you see a chance to run then do so. Fight only if there is no other way out and then fight smart. Alicin walked carefully out of the bathroom with Agatha in her arms. She walked past a crowd of students but not a single one of them said anything to her or even snickered as she walked by. One of them did detach from the group and opened the door to the nurse's office for her and held it as she carried Agatha inside.

The nurse heard the door opening and came to see who it was. She gasped as Alicin carefully laid Agatha on the exam table. “I was changing when she woke up and started crying from the pain. Lisa and her friends did this to her for trying to ask someone out for a date. She needs a hospital and her parents as well I figure.”

The nurse got a cold compress out of the freezer in her back room and put it on the ankle to help ease the pain in it. She called 911 next for an ambulance and then called Agatha's parents to let them know what happened. Her third call was down to the main office to get the principal involved as well.

Alicin held Agatha in a gentle hug as she cried from the pain and humiliation. Mrs. Manning arrived and asked Alicin and Agatha exactly what had happened. Agatha started coughing and was bringing up blood in her coughs as well. This worried everyone in the room but they kept calm as possible so as to not make it worse for Agatha.

An ambulance crew arrived a short time later as Mrs. Manning left the office to phone Lisa's parents. Agatha was carried out and into the awaiting ambulance. Alicin gave her statement to the police when they arrived and was very careful to describe everything in detail about the incident. The officer wrote down everything and told her they thank you and that they would be in touch if they needed anything more from her.

Alicin Phoned her mother from a payphone in the main hall to let her know she was going to the hospital to see how bad Agatha was and for moral support as well. Alicin caught a bus that went by the hospital and inquired about Agatha when she entered the E.R. department's waiting room. The nurse told her she could not tell her anything without permission from the parents and she was sorry but it was the law. Alicin politely told her thank you and then asked if Agatha's parents were in the waiting area. The nurse pointed them out and Alicin went over to see them.

Agatha's parents were sitting in some chairs and had obviously been crying. They recognized Alicin and hugged her when she came over. “She's in bad shape. Her arm is broken in three places as is the wrist. Her ankle is broken and she has a punctured lung and broken ribs. They took her into emergency surgery a few minutes ago to find the source of the internal bleeding. She is in such bad shape they only gave her about a 20% chance of surviving.” Agatha's mother broke down crying at this point and Alicin held her as she cried.
The surgery went well and the doctors alerted Alicin and Agatha's parents that Agatha would survive but was going to be in the hospital for a few weeks while she recovered. Alicia’s parents arrived a few minutes later as well with some disturbing news for Alicin.
“You remember that Dave boy you like so well? He's up on third floor right now recovering as well from an accident. His parents called a little bit ago. Aparently his dog saw a cat and took off after it and drug him along. By the time he got untangled from the leash he had been drug into the path of some idiot on stolen dirt bike. He got up and got hit by the bike and knocked into the path of a police car that was chasing the guy with no lights or siren. His parents are asking for our help in
filing a lawsuit against the officer and the police department. He's hurt badly but recovering and has been asking to see you

She finally found Dave’s room and quietly walked into it. Dave was asleep and covered in bandages. Alicin kissed him on his cheek gently and this caused Dave to wake up. Dave opened his eyes slowly and smiled when he saw Alicin. He moved slowly and Alicia heard a distinct crinkling sound. Dave blushed at the same time.

“I guess my luck isn't all bad. I get to see you finally. This makes me realize how precious things are and makes me really change my view on things. What I'm trying to say is I want to ask you out sometime if you are interested. I'll understand Alicin if you aren't interested and I wont ever bother you again about it”

Alicin looked Dave straight in the eyes and then leaned forward and kissed him. Dave returned the kiss eagerly and held Alicin closely, afraid it was all just a dream. Alicin heard a hissing noise and felt Dave stiffen at the same time. After they had all finished up and were heading for the showers Mrs. Manning walked in to talk with Alicin. She stood next to Dave and talked with him for a minute until Alicin made it over to her. She looked at Alicin and then Dave who was smiling at Alicin. “I see you two finally got together. About time. I wanted to tell you that your little class here just saved a student from being raped yesterday. As far as I'm concerned this class should be mandatory for all the young ladies in this school. Alicin promised to think about it as a possibility and then went to the locker room for a quick shower while Dave waited patiently for her to finish showering and changing. Alicin finished her shower and tried to think about what Mrs. Manning had said but had hard time focusing her thoughts as they kept slipping to Dave and wondering if she had made a mistake.

She came out of the shower and all doubt left her mind as she saw Dave politely turning down a date from one of the best looking girls at school. She walked off a little disappointed and was surprised when she saw Dave walk over and kiss Alicin who readily returned the kiss. “You are one lucky woman Alicin to snag Dave. Alicin was a bit surprised by this but decided to enjoy her time alone with Dave while she could. Neither her or Dave had any homework so they decided to go for a walk in the park for a bit before returning home. Alicin and Dave had it sized and set to fit Alicin's ring finger perfectly. They picked it up two days later together at the jewelry store at the local mall. Alicin slid it onto her finger and then turned and kissed Dave. The two of them walked out of the jewelryy store holding hands and ran into Alicin's parents who were on their way in to look for something to help celebrate theiranniversary..

Amber looked at Alicin who was smiling and obviously excited about something. “So did you find the right necklace or perhaps you two have been plotting to find something for my anniversary that you know I will like. You can tell me Alicin. I promise to act surprised when your father here hands it to me.”

Alicin couldn't contain it any longer and finally held up her left hand to show her mother the ring. Amber and Kevin stood speechless as they had neither of them suspected that Alicin and Dave were this serious about each other. Amber was the first to react. She reached out and gathered them both into a hug. “Congratulations honey. And you Dave, you take good care of her or she will kick your ass. This calls for a celebration, but first I need to change before I leak all over the floor.”

CHAPTER TEN
The last two weeks of school were passing by quickly for Alicin and Dave. Alicin shocked everyone by showing up on Monday wearing an engagement ring. Several of her classmates were stunned that not only was she engaged but that it was to the star of the football team.

Alicin passed Lisa in the halls and was shocked to see her back at school. Lisa stopped and grabbed Alicin by the shirt and attempted to throw her over the railing. “Fucking little bitch! Alicin punched Lisa hard in the throat and was about to finish her off when Dave suddenly grabbed Lisa from behind and threw her across the hallway area as hard as he could. Lisa flew into the wall and fell to the floor breathless. Dave left her laying on the floor as he picked up Alicin off of the floor. He held Alicin gently in his arms as he faced Lisa.

“Lisa you are a jealous and possessive little bitch that I would never date. If you harm my fiance or even try to hurt her I will find you and help Alicin kill you and dispose of your putrid body. I made choice as to who I want to be with. I asked Alicin to marry me and she has said yes so leave me and Alicin alone or face our combined wraith.

After what you and your friends did to Agatha you should be grateful that I don’t let Alicin kick your ass or just toss you over the railing. You keep this up and you will lose him for good and then you really will be miserable. You can be happy if you just stop to think. Don't keep running away from what you have. I got smart and finally calmed my ass down and look who fell for me. I'm walking away from here now with Alicin. I suggest you stop and think about what it is you are running from and what you really have and want before it is too late.”

Alicin and Dave walked off as Lisa lay sobbing quietly against the wall. Tom ran into them as they were leaving the school and asked if they had seen Lisa. “She's up on second floor near the restrooms. She's upset because she can't have Dave. He's already taken and so am I. You should go to her and see if you can talk some sense into her. It's obvious you are head over heels for her and she wont admit it but she has feelings for you as well. Dave just talked some sense into her and probably saved her from going to jail or even getting killed by me.”

Tom Admitted he had been in love with her for a long time and was about to give up on her and on the idea of love forever. Alicin grabbed him as he started to walk off. Tom, don't be stupid and let her get away. Go to her now while she is vulnerable and you might be able to finally make her see what she is in danger of losing. Don't give up without one last try Tom. At least go talk to her.”

Tom gave in and went to find Lisa as Alicin and Dave walked off. The last day of school was mainly a day for everyone to say goodbye to teachers and friends as they went off for the summer. Alicin and Dave Said goodbye to their favorite teachers and made one last stop by the office to see the principal.

Mrs Manning was clearing off her desk when they knocked on her door. She motioned for them to come in and sit down. “So what brings you two lovebirds here of all places on the last day of school? Did you want to confess to beating someone up or maybe making out in the halls?” They all laughed a moment before Alicin spoke up.

“I have something I wanted to give you. I want you to come to my wedding.” Alicin handed her a wedding invitation and showed her the ring on her left hand. Mrs. Manning hugged them both and had to admit she was surprised that such a crazy year could happen twice in a lifetime and at the same school. “It was a crazy and wonderful year when your parents were here for their last year. You father proposed to your mother at the graduation ceremony. It was a crazy year just like this one.

I don't know what you managed to do to finally get some sense knocked in to Lisa but she is also engaged as well now and for the first time since I have had to talk with her she seems happy. This year is another one none of us will soon forget. Thank you both so much for making my last year here an unforgettable one.”

Alicin and Dave were leaving the school when they spotted a familiar figure come hobbling up to them on crutches. Alicin and Dave were both shocked to See Agatha out of the hospital at last. Agatha hugged them both and was shocked when she saw the engagement ring on Alicin's hand.

“I knew you and Dave were in love but I had no idea it was this serious. Congratulations to the both of you. Please say I can come to your wedding.” Alicin told her she was invited as a bridesmaid if she could safely make it. “Well, I hate to be in a rush, but I'm about ready to leak if I don't change this diaper. They only hold so much you know. I'll stop by your place tomorrow and you can give me all the details.” They all hugged again and then let her go.

Alicin and Dave were married four weeks before the new college season began. Agatha was Lisa's bridesmaid and Dave's father was his best man. They were all shocked when Lisa and Tom showed up at the wedding together. Lisa walked up to Dave and Alicin without saying a word until she stood in front of them.

Agatha was hesitant at first but then reached out a hand and shook Lisa's hand. Lisa And Tom sat down as the ceremony got underway. As the preacher pronounced them husband and wife Alicin wet her diaper.
