I have a pack of mediums. They seem much improved since I bought the purple ones last year. They are white now, the plastic seems thicker and more robust now, they are thickly padded all over, and the crotch is really wide. They run a bit large compared to other brands medium, but seem to fit me well. The quality seems quite high, although I have had an issue with the tapes coming unstuck over night on 2 occasions.
However I would still say they are the most absorbant that I have ever used, by far. They wick better than abena xplus.
Over all I like them, but wish the wetness indicator was more visible and the tapes stuck a little better. Since the crotch is a bit wide they are almost impossible to hide under clothing, but make an excellent night time diaper. The padding is very soft, and feels very cottonlike. It almost feels as if you are wearing a pillow, and they don't really clump up when wet.
Overall I think they are much improved over my last package of them. I got mine at XP medical. I's give them an 7 or 8/10. They are a good buy. Try them again if you haven't in a while.
The few downsides aside I would still recommend it.
