Just thought I'd share my continuing experiences on the dating scene, trying to find someone.
As before, fetishpersonals and benaughty are both a pile of shite as far as I'm concerned. Messages while I'd not even completed my profile, saying women were interested in me - haven't bothered with them after that either as you've got to pay to see / send any messages.
www.fetlife.com on the other hand has been great. I have met some nice people, and went to a fetish munch in my area recently. Got speaking to some really interesting people, including a daddy / LG couple. Very friendly meet, and I opened up and let a couple of people know I was into nappies/diapers as part of my kinks. It was assumed from this that I was an AB, but I explained I'm just into the wearing rather than age play side of stuff. I'll continue to go to the munches, every month, and might actually invest in some PVC wear for it too! :)
From what I saw, there were a lot of couples there - it's not really a singles meet type of place, but I still really enjoyd myself. So, still looking at the moment, but enjoying taking part in a scene actively now rather than sitting at a computer! I'd thoroughly recommend looking up and joining a munch / get together in your area if you are thinking of it already. Great to get out and meet new people :)
alt.com - not really had any activity tbh. I spoke about it with other people at the munch, and it seems to be that fetlife is the most active web presence for the fetish community, not to say that alt.com is rubbish at all. I'll have to chat a bit more on there, but I'm finding that it's mostly dom / sub related enthusiasts there.
Anyway, I hope this is a useful post, and taking the "yes man" approach to dating, and even just getting out and doing something about finding someone is really quite fun :)
