Yanno I really hate these kinds of replies. In the first place, no event organizer ever asks, "Who CAN'T attend?" If you can't make it, say nothing, so that you don't discourage others thinking of attending. Second, what kind of nonsense excuse is it to say that you can't secure transportation? Ever heard of renting a car? But if for some reason you can't rent a car, if you can't afford to do so, or if you're prohibited from renting a car for some reason -- then maybe you have much more important priorities than attending an age play event, or offering an unsolicited answer to an open invitation.
