I don't agree, I am pretty much incontinent at night and rarely ever wake up dry but I acheived this entirely without help. It is simply a case of being totally relaxed about letting go as soon as you feel the slightest need to urinate and making sure that urinating is the very first thing you do as you awke. Being comfortable with sleeping in a urine soaked bed or nappy is a must. I went from purposeful wetting every night where I soaked my bed before going to sleep and slept wet every night to regular sleep wetting in about 3 months and after 6 months I rarely had a dry night and wake up soaked most mornings now. My day time control is much reduced and I have to be careful if I don't want to wet my self
