While it is true that cyanoacrylate was originally developed to seal wounds after surgery and does in fact do so exceedingly well ("bonds skin instantly"), it tends to release heat as it cures, which can cause skin burns. There is such thing as medical-grade 2-octyl cyanoacrylate, which was approved by the FDA in 1998 for closing wounds and surgical incisions. If you're going to put super glue on your sensitive parts, I'd suggest finding the medical-grade stuff.
