When you guys see this happen and this is important.
Be very, very nice and go to her defense. Offer her a coke or cup of coffee. Talk with her. Stay with her unless she feels uncomfortable, then leave if necessary. Try again tomorrow.
Above all, say nothing about her wet pants until she brings it up.
