I just discovered this site a couple weeks ago... searching for terms like "peed herself" and "wet her pants" doesn't return much. The name of the website is apparently an amusing coincidence. The site has nothing to do with wetting. The name is apparently a reference to information, or video, "leaking" out to the public...

The site appears to be a spirited attempt at competition with youtube.

If you like this sort of thing. The first 90% of the video is the security team following the woman on camera through the store, and watching her conceal merchandise in her bag. We then see her leave the store. The last 10% of the video shows the security team leading her back into the store in cuffs, with some pretty clear shots of an unmistakable wet patch in the crotch of her tan capris.
For some of you, this may be pretty lame, 'cause it's a bit grainy, and by ordinary standards, it's not at all sexy.
I like it 'cause it's REAL. I think this is totally authentic. I think this is a real shoplifter who really pissed herself while struggling to get away.
And someone who works there, maybe even a cop, detective, prosectuor, or attorney who later got involved, decided to "leak" the video.
(Actually, if the video was introduced as evidence at a trial in the USA, it would be part of the public record, available to anyone who wanted to pay the court clerk for a duplicate.)
