After reading all the posts I must agree that she did it on pupose. As I think back the cafe was empty and she was on the far right side and I was on the far left. She could have:
1/ Just sat there and waited for everyone to leave (like i would if I wet my pants and did not want anyone to know)
2/ Left towards the back that way I probably would have seen it and my pal would only have caught a brief glimpse
Instead she walked right by my table-I am thinking now a little exhibitionism was involved...
