Look at this message board and start at the top and read every IP address that is shown just on this one message board, now do that 25 million times and watch the same amount of videos veiwing time around 2 minutes each 25000000 videos x 120 seconds each 100 people watching them would take 30000000 minutes now would like to do that job, imagine the ones with shaky camera work, the boring ones, the adverts, the techies with instructional video, the art ones, the ones of people hampsters.

now as for space for video a normal video will take up to between 50mb and 100mb of space times that by the 25000000 videos you get the idea of the task that Viacom has.
