You know, I think I agree with GottaCP2. I've looked at this a lot, both now and the previous times it's been posted. (By the way, is this an "infra red" video, the type that looks a bit like an x-ray?)
My take was first that it was seawater draining off her. But it goes on too long, and also she does appear to stop and start again. My one worry was that I would have expected the stream to have spilled from the side of her pants and run down her legs, but here it seems to flow straight through. If these were nylon pants without a cotton insert at the crotch, however, then pee would flow straight through without interruption.
