I totally understand what your going through right now. When I first told my girlfriend it was one of the hardest things I've had to do- it is really hard when you are afraid someone you love might reject you because of a fetish, especially when the fetish is a huge part of your sexual identity.
I can't really tell you what to do, because I don't know you or your girlfriend or understand what kind of relationship you have, I can only tell you how I told my girlfriend and share some things I've learned.
First it is important that you tell her sooner rather than later, the longer you wait the harder it will be. The way I told my girlfriend is I sat her down for a serious talk. I told her that I could see our relationship evolving into something pretty serious, but before it does that there is something she really needed to know about me. She tried to make a joke, that I laughed at, but kindly told her I was being serious and that there was something she really should know, then I told her I had a sexual fetish that was kind of wierd and I felt very embarressed about. She wanted to know what it was. She was concerned that it might be something dangerous or that I was a pedophile or something. I told her that I was into peeing, and she laughed- she said thats not a big deal and offered to pee on me next time we had sex, but told me that she didn't want me to pee on her. I explained my fetish wasn't a golden shower fetish, but a pants wetting one and I liked to see girls have accidents. She didn't understand why that would turned me on, and tried to have me explain it, which I really couldnt do very well.
After that, she would occassionaly ask me about my fetish, eventually one day she had to pee bad, barely made it home. I was horny as hell and finally asked if she would wet herself for me. She said 'OK' and peed her pants for me in the shower. After that I asked to her to do it more and more often, she usually would, but acted like it was a chore and really wasn't into it- so I stopped asking.
Some time went by without me asking her to do it, and she finally asked me how come I never want her to do it anymore. I told her that I felt bad always asking, she said she really didn't mind. Now we are at the point that every time she has to pee she asks if I want her to wet her pants.
