Yes I have discovered that full blatter and rectum interfere with each other. Sometimes I hold the poop for a couple days but the pain gets bad before I have the opportunity to go in my panties. I get help by letting the pee go into a pad that I have in front of my panties. I have wet my panties and no one knows.
