I doubt you'll poop yourself. Just be careful. Too many laxitives and you could injure yourself. Too many sleeping pills and you could end up in a coma or dead. Try taking Citrucel Fiber Shake, Chocolate flavor. It tastes great and produces massive bowel movements. Citrucel is fairly harmless - it doesn't have anything that messes up your system.
